Irish sea moss contains high amounts of certain nutrients, including folate, vitamin K, iron, iodine, magnesium, calcium, B2, B12, zinc, chromium and much more. Directions: Apply by rubbing it into the clean scalp, beard, and hair as needed. Use as a co-wash, leave in conditioner, or use steam cap to deep condition. Rinse or leave in as necessary to allow the scalp to absorb the nutrients.
